Handle Stress in Healthy Ways to Keep Your Mental and Physical Well-Being Intact:

 

 

 

  1. Keep Daily tasks manageable.  Know that it’s OK to say “no” to prevent overbooking yourself.
  2. Talk to a trusted friend or family member about now you feel-no matter if you’re excited or upset.  Don’t hold in your emotions.
  3. Relieve tension quickly by taking a few slow, deep breaths.  If you’re stressed at work and have a few minutes to spare step outside for a quick walk.
